Privacy Policy

Information you give us in our forms. When you join the workshop early list or apply for a strategy call, we collect:

• first name (and last name, if you give it on the application form)
• email address
• business type and what you sell
• phone number, only if you choose to give it (it is optional)
• details you write about the event you are planning (application form only)
• your consent choice, with the date, time and page where you gave it

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, approximate location (city or region, from your IP address) and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar tools (see section 5).

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as health, financial account or government ID details.

• to send you updates about The Leak-Proof Launch workshop, including the date, reminders, the replay (if any) and follow-up
• to reply to your strategy-call application and schedule a call
• to send you marketing emails about OrphiCast services and related offers, if you agreed to receive them
• to keep a record of your contact details, consent and requests in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• to understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure and improve our advertising
• to protect the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run OrphiCast, such as our website and form hosting and CRM provider, email and SMS delivery services, scheduling tools, analytics providers and advertising platforms. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Pixels (tags) are small pieces of code that tell a service a page was viewed or a form was submitted. We use or may use:

• Essential cookies that make the site and forms work.
• Analytics, such as Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
• Advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads tags and, where we advertise there, the TikTok Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These help us measure whether our ads work and show our ads to people who have visited the site (“retargeting”).

Retargeting. These platforms may combine information from this site with information they already have about you to show you OrphiCast ads on their services and elsewhere. Their own privacy policies apply to what they do.

Your choices:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
• Google: Ad settings and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Meta: Ad preferences.
• TikTok: TikTok privacy policy and ad settings.
• LinkedIn: Retargeting opt-out.
• Industry opt-outs: Digital Advertising Alliance, Network Advertising Initiative and, in the EU, Your Online Choices.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising where the law requires it.

Every marketing email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can unsubscribe at any time with that link or by emailing ayman@hubactually.com. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We may still send you messages about something you asked for, such as a reply to your application.

Giving a phone number is optional. We will send you text messages only if you have separately and expressly agreed to receive them. If you agree, you may receive messages about the workshop (such as reminders) and, if you opted in to marketing texts, related offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message to confirm.
• Reply HELP for help, or email ayman@hubactually.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
• correct inaccurate information
• delete your information
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or targeted advertising (we do not sell it)
• object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time
• receive your data in a portable format
• complain to your local data protection authority

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the rights above. In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (what you sell, your business type), internet activity and approximate location, for the purposes in section 3. We do not sell personal information. We may “share” limited internet activity with ad platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out using the choices in section 5 or by emailing ayman@hubactually.com. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

EU, UK and similar laws (GDPR). Our legal bases are your consent (marketing emails, texts and non-essential cookies), steps you ask us to take before a contract (your application), and our legitimate interests (running and securing the site and understanding how it is used). Your information may be processed in the United States; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

To use any right, email ayman@hubactually.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time the law requires (usually 30–45 days). An authorized agent may make a request for you with proof of authorization.

OrphiCast is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). If you believe a child has given us information, email ayman@hubactually.com and we will delete it.

We keep your information for as long as you remain on our list or are a prospect or client, and for a reasonable period after that to keep records of consent, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we delete it or keep only what we must (for example, a suppression record so we do not email you again).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or a notice on the site.
