Terms of Service

OrphiCast is a Hivirtancy product operated by V3Ads LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“OrphiCast,” “we,” “us”), 21655 Sanford Ave SW, Grandville, MI 49418. You can reach us at ayman@hubactually.com.

OrphiCast designs and runs live event journeys for coaches, course creators, consultants and other businesses: the pages, emails, reminders, live room, chat, polls, offers and follow-up around a workshop, webinar, challenge or launch. Some services are done for you. Information on this site is a general description. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms of any paid service are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal (“Service Agreement”). If a Service Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Service Agreement controls for that service.

We may change, pause or stop any part of the site or our services at any time.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the site for a business, you agree to these terms for that business.

We do not guarantee any results. Any examples, sample numbers or mockups on this site are illustrations, not promises or typical results. Your outcome depends on your offer, pricing, audience, timing, effort and many factors we do not control, including the ad platforms and payment processors you use. You may earn nothing. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax or investment advice; talk to a qualified professional for that. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

• Joining the early list for The Leak-Proof Launch (or any other OrphiCast event) is free unless we clearly say otherwise.
• Joining the early list does not guarantee a seat. Dates, times, format, content, hosts and capacity may change, and an event may be rescheduled or cancelled. We will try to tell you by email if that happens.
• Recordings or replays are offered only if we say so, and may be available for a limited time.
• Events may include an offer for a paid service. Buying anything is optional and covered by its own terms.
• Please be respectful in chat and Q&A. We may remove anyone who is abusive, spams, or disrupts an event.
• By joining a live event you agree that your name, chat messages or questions may be visible to other attendees and may appear in a recording.
• You may not record, rebroadcast or resell an event without our written permission.

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you about your request. Marketing emails and texts are sent only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time or reply STOP to texts.

We do not sell anything directly on this site at this time. Fees, payment schedules, cancellation and refunds for any paid OrphiCast service are handled under the individual Service Agreement for that service. If no refund term is stated in your Service Agreement, contact ayman@hubactually.com and we will review your request in good faith.

The OrphiCast name, logo, site design, text, graphics, event materials, frameworks (including “The Leak-Proof Launch”) and other content belong to V3Ads LLC, Hivirtancy or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the relevant Service Agreement.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by: submitting false or someone else’s information; trying to hack, overload or scrape it; uploading malware; or using it for anything unlawful.

The site and our events may link to or use third-party services (for example ad platforms, video, scheduling and payment providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, OrphiCast, V3Ads LLC, Hivirtancy and their owners, team members and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or any free event. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a free event is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability for paid services is set out in the Service Agreement. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to cover any claims, losses and reasonable legal fees that arise from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email ayman@hubactually.com first so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and any Service Agreement, are the whole agreement about their subject.
